Creating additional folders:

Creating folders helps you to organize your e-mail.  Certain types of e-mail messages can be placed in the folders you create.  Folders work well with message rules.  To learn about message rules, click the "Message filters" link above.

To create a folder in Agent, follow these simple steps:

Right click the Inbox and select New Folder from the menu.

The New Folder window appears.

Folder Name  =  give the new folder a distinctive name.

Click the OK button.

The new folder now appears in the All Groups list.
